These terms cover the vendocerta.com website itself, not the VendoCerta product — the terms of a product licence are agreed separately, when a contract is signed.

Nature of the content
Content on this site is informational and promotional. We try to keep each feature's status (shipping today / preview / in development / planned) current, but a feature's presence on this site is not by itself a binding offer — the exact terms and scope of the product are set out in the licence agreement.
Screenshots on this site come from the running application on demo data, not from mock-ups — but the product interface can change as it develops.
The "Request a demo" form
Submitting the form is a request to be contacted, not a booking of a specific calendar slot. We reply to enquiries personally, usually within a few business days.
Intellectual property
The VendoCerta name, logo, content, and screenshots on this site belong to, or are licensed by, Auto Dream Sp. z o.o. Copying or redistributing them without our consent, beyond fair use, is not permitted.
Limitation of liability
We try to keep the information on this site current and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the site or the complete absence of errors. This site is not legal or technical advice tailored to your specific situation.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts competent for the registered seat of Auto Dream Sp. z o.o.
